Jobs/CompletedJobs/FailedJobs/QueueJobs are handled through the handle-job-in-queue.php file which is callable through /api/v2/job-run.
You need to provide a SHA256 hash of the INSTANCE_CREDENTIAL_LOCAL_ONLY_API_KEY constant as defined in the Credentials.php file.
